About us

Who we are

A faith-based, Christ-centred, and Bible-rooted publisher serving a global audience across cultures and sectors.

Our story

Bethel Publishing House began in Johannesburg, South Africa. The official launch took place on 23 March 2024. That day marks the start of the public journey.

Toronto is now the global headquarters, at 1 King Street West. New York City is a sister branch. Mexico City is a planned expansion for 2027, not an office that is open today.

We are not limited to a single denomination. We partner with a range of voices while holding to Scripture and theological integrity.

Bethel Publishing House exists to steward influential ideas and God-honouring stories with excellence, structure, and integrity.

Our publishing philosophy

We address the lack of structure and accountability in faith-based publishing with scalable, ethical, high-standard work that honours both values and sustainability.

Our commitment to authors

Authors should know what is included, what it costs, and what happens next. Scope, timeline, and fees are confirmed in a quotation before work begins.

Female Black-owned

The house is female Black-owned and faith-driven. That identity belongs on the site plainly, without decoration standing in for the work.

What guides the work

  • Excellence in editing, design, and publishing systems.
  • Structure and accountability from enquiry to finished book.
  • Integrity in what we promise and what we publish.
  • A deep commitment to Scripture, across cultures and sectors.
  • Stewardship of stories that can shape culture, faith, and public life.

A global vision

The aim is a publishing house recognised beyond one city: authors equipped to lead, books prepared with care, and a record of the journey kept in the gallery and the showcase.
